Free BoxFit Exercise Class with Smoothies, and Massage Giveaway

The ECU Wellbeing Community is hosting a free boxfit exercise class to promote general wellbeing on campus for mental health week.
Exercise makes you feel good because it releases chemicals like endorphins and serotonin that improve your mood. Exercise can reduce your stress, symptoms of mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, and improves sleep. It can also get you out in the world, help to reduce any feelings of loneliness and isolation, and put you in touch with other people.
The class will be outside and involve many different exercises and activities tailored to suit all levels of fitness.
There will be a free massage voucher given away at the event — participation will get you into the draw to win this.
There will also be a smoothie exercise-bike generating free smoothies before and after.
