Free Yoga Class with Smoothies to Promote Mental Health Week

The ECU wellbeing community is offering a free yoga class with free smoothies (from our smoothie bike) available before and after the class to promote mental health week.
Yoga is a mind-body exercise effective for reducing stress, anxiety and depression and improving brain function and mental health.
The class will be suitable for beginners but can also be tailored to suit to those more advanced.
