Over the past three decades\, she has gained extensive experience across many areas of the industry\, including serving as a facilitator in the Diploma of Customs Broking at the International Trade & Logistics College (ITALC).\nCurrently the Customs Manager at Crane Worldwide Logistics\, Nicole is also the WA State Director and Company Secretary for the International Forwarders and Customs Brokers Association of Australia (IFCBAA). She is a passionate advocate for the industry and the WA community of brokers and forwarders\, with deep insights into the evolving Customs Broking environment. \nAssociate Professor Ferry Jie – School of Business and Law\, ECU\nDr. Jie is an Associate Professor in Supply Chain and Logistics Management at ECU and Chair of the Students Appeal Committee. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT)\, he also contributes to the Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) and serves on the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Australia (CILTA) WA Committee.\nRenowned for his international research leadership in supply chain and logistics management\, Ferry is regularly invited as a keynote speaker and guest lecturer at conferences and symposiums across Asia\, Europe\, and Australia.
