These 1-hour face-to-face sessions are ideal for students wanting an accessible introduction to mental wellbeing\, with the option to explore the full course\nonline at your own pace. \nDeveloped in consultation with 12 of Australia’s leading experts\, this session is grounded in research and real-world application. You’ll learn about the key dimensions that influence your wellbeing\, how to monitor them\, and how to apply simple tools to support your mental health and day-to-day life. \nCHOOSE EITHER:\nWednesday 22 July or Friday 24 July\nEdith Cowan House\, Joondalup Campus \nOR: \nThursday 23 July\nLevel 5\, CC1N.550\, City Campus \n⏰ 12.30pm – 1.30pm each day\n🍴 Light lunch provided \nBookings at ECU Orientation Events (under Living Well Support) \nGo deeper\nStudents can go on to complete the full 20Talk course online.
