Dircksey Editor 2022 Wanted!
Applications are now OPEN for the position of Dircksey Editor-in-Chief 2022.
Applications close on Tuesday the 26th of October at 4pm. You must be an enrolled ECU Student for the 2022 Semester 1 & 2 to apply.

Applications should include a portfolio, resume and a 200-word bio about you.
Applications must also include answers to the following questions:
- What’s your vision for Dircksey in 2022?
- What do you believe the role of an editor entails?
- What experience/s do you have that make you an ideal candidate for this position?
- What is your availability?
Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop is desirable. The successful candidate will be able to edit written work, and have basic experience in using Social Media and Website platforms. Applicants should also be aware of MEAA guidelines.
The position is a voluntary position based at ECU Guild Mount Lawley Office from December 1 2021 – November 30 2022. It attracts an honoraria of $750 per fortnight contingent on a minimum of 15 hours per week being achieved. The successful candidate must be able to commit to a 1 week induction from November 22-26 at the ECU Joondalup campus.
