ECU Student Guild & University Services – Summer Holiday Closure

Hi ECU students,

The ECU Student Guild will be closed for two weeks over the summer break, from Friday 19 December 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026 (inclusive). During this time, our offices and in-person services will be unavailable.

University Services During the Break

A few key points to be aware of from ECU:

Most core student enquiry and support services will close from Friday 19 December 2025 and reopen Monday 5 January 2026, though some services may vary. Please check the university article for full details.

The Living Room Mount Lawley closed on Friday 21 November 2025 and will not reopen, as preparations are underway for The Living Room – City Campus in 2026.

Joondalup Library remains accessible via swipe-card to selected spaces 24/7.

Online options such as AskUs and library e-resources remain available throughout the break.

Academic Deadlines

Please note that 30-day deadlines for academic misconduct, appeals, reviews, and progression status will be paused during the Guild and university shutdown.
