Are you a young carer?
are you 12-25 years old? do you care for family/friends with disabilities, mental health, chronic illness, substance issues or who are elderly? If so, this is the workshop for you.
About this workshop:
- The Carer Journey (common stages and things experienced)
- Self-care for the carer
- Tips on communication with our loved one in times of difficulty
- Open Discussion: bring your questions and concerns
- Art based activities
Who For: People 18-25 years old who care for those with mental health difficulties
When: Tuesday 17th September 4:30pm-6pm
