Friday Fortnightly Yoga

The ECU Wellbeing community is offering a free yoga class on Friday mornings every second week of the month.
Yoga is a mind-body exercise effective for reducing stress, anxiety and depression and improving brain function and mental health.
The class will be suitable for beginners but can also be tailored to suit to those more advanced with our lovely instructor Corrina. We will be having this indoors during the winter months but will be moving back outside when the sun comes out!
BYO Mats! We do have a very limited number of additional mats, in case you do not have one, which will be given out in first come first serve basis.
We will also have free Laughter yoga on Tuesdays on the second and forth week of every month.
