Ruman Sarawar
Ruman specialises in transforming cybersecurity into a strategic business enabler, with expertise in governance, incident response, and regulatory compliance. As a Chief Information Security Officer, he develops security frameworks that protect critical infrastructure and support business growth.
An ECU Cyber Security graduate, Ruman contributes actively to the cybersecurity community through AWSN and AISA WA, and is a strong advocate for inclusive and human-centred approaches to cyber leadership.

Sheavy Kaur
With over 12 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, Sheavy has delivered major security projects and advised across industries on risk, compliance, and resilience. She is also a finalist in the 2024 Australian Women in Security Awards (“Unsung Hero” category) and an advocate for diversity in tech.
Sheavy brings clear, actionable career advice, including how to stand out with your resume and approach interviews with confidence.
