Clubs Carnival of Colour Brings Semester 2 to Life!

What an incredible way to kick off Semester 2!

Over two vibrant days at our Joondalup and City campuses, the ECU Student Guild’s Clubs Carnival of Colour celebrated the launch of our brand-new Guild identity while bringing hundreds of students together to connect, get involved and discover everything campus life has to offer.

With 34 Guild-affiliated clubs embracing the colours of our new Guild pillars, campus was buzzing with games, giveaways, creativity and community spirit.

Together, we:

• 🌂 Gave away 750 Guild umbrellas
• 🍽️ Fed 700 students
• 🤝 Recorded 520 new club memberships since the beginning of semester
• 📖 Welcomed over 20 new contributors to Dircksey magazine
• 📱 Gained 100 new Instagram followers (we’re aiming even higher, so what are you waiting for? 😉)

Students also enjoyed face bedazzling, decorated our new Guild logo, picked up oodles of free Guild merchandise, and most importantly, made new friends and discovered clubs they’ll be part of throughout the semester.

A huge thank you to our amazing clubs, senate, and everyone who came along to celebrate with us. The Carnival of Colour was the perfect way to launch our new look and start the semester with energy, connection and plenty of Guild spirit. Here’s to an incredible Semester 2! 🎉
