Stall applications open for 2025 Clubs Carnival

We’re now taking stall applications for Semester 2 Clubs Carnival, happening:

📍 ECU Joondalup – Thursday 31 July
📍 ECU Mount Lawley – Tuesday 29 July
🕥 10:00am – 1:30pm (set-up by 9:30am)

Clubs can request a stall at Joondalup, Mount Lawley, or both campuses. It’s free of charge, and a great chance to:
✔️ Connect with new and returning students
✔️ Showcase your club’s activities and achievements
✔️ Recruit new members or future committee reps
✔️ Network with other clubs, Guild Senate, ECU staff, and more!

All stalls are undercover and come with a trestle table and two chairs. If you need access to power, just let us know in the form and we’ll position you accordingly. A floorplan will be shared closer to the event.
