Created by ECU Student Guild, PINES is a brand-new outdoor music festival bringing the ECU community together for one big night of music and memories to be made.

On 25 September, The Pines at ECU Joondalup will come alive with Perth bands, live on stage, local DJs dropping the bass, delicious food trucks, and festival vibes, all set amongst the pine trees beside the lake. 🌲✨

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to comply with the following Conditions of Entry:

• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Please have your ticket ready for scanning on arrival.

• Tamper-proof wristbands will be issued on entry and must be worn for the duration of the event. Lost, removed or damaged wristbands may not be replaced.

• This is a licensed event. Patrons wishing to purchase alcohol must present valid photo identification and receive an 18+ wristband upon entry. Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times.

• Bags and personal items may be inspected on entry or while within the event area. Refusal to comply with a reasonable request from event staff or security may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event.

• Weapons, illegal substances and other prohibited items are strictly prohibited.

• Attendees must behave respectfully towards staff, performers, vendors, contractors and fellow patrons. Aggressive, disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Please stay hydrated and take appropriate precautions for weather conditions.

• First aid services will be available on site.

• Follow all directions from event staff, security personnel and emergency responders.

• In the event of an emergency or evacuation, all attendees must follow staff instructions immediately.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe or contrary to these Conditions of Entry.

• The event may be postponed, cancelled or modified due to severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside the organisers’ control.
