Notice of ECU Student Guild AGM 2018

Will be held on Thursday 26 April 2018 Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM midday

Primary Venue: Council Chambers Building 1 Room 447 on Joondalup campus; and

Building 3 Room 251 on Mt Lawley campus (by conference video link); and

Building 1 Room 110 on South West campus (via conference video link).

In addition to the ordinary business of the AGM, Members wishing to place other matters of business on the agenda, must submit such in writing to the Guild’s General Secretary, Greg Warren g.warren@ecuguild.org.au not less than seven (7) business days prior to the date and scheduled start time of the AGM as listed above.

An Agenda, listing all the business of the meeting will be emailed to all members not less than five (5) days prior to the date and scheduled start time of the AGM as listed above. These details will also be published on the Guild’s Website, ecuguild.org.au in addition to links to the website posted on the Guild’s Facebook page. Governance documents relevant to all aspects of the AGM and Guild governance are located under the Governance tab on the Guilds web home page.
