Notice of AGM

The ECU Guild 2019 AGM will be held at 12:30PM on Tuesday, April 30 2019.

The AGM will be live via video link across all campuses through the following locations:

ECU Joondalup: 1.447

ECU Mount Lawley: 3.251

ECU Bunbury: 1.110

In addition to the ordinary business of the AGM, Members wishing to place other matters of business on the agenda, must submit such in writing to the Guild’s General Secretary, Sarah Cavanough s.cavanough@ecuguild.org.au before 10:00AM on the 18th April 2019

An Agenda, listing all the business of the meeting will be emailed to all members by 12:30PM Thursday 18th April 2019.

These details will also be published on the Guild’s Website, ecuguild.org.au in addition to links to the website posted on the Guild’s Facebook page. Governance documents relevant to all aspects of the AGM and Guild governance are located under the Governance tab on the Guilds web home page.

Members who cannot attend are encouraged to submit a Proxy-Form that must be lodged no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting.

On arrival to the meeting please bring your Student ID and check your name off the register. If you are unsure that you are an ECU Guild member you can check via your service questions in SIMO or contact the ECU Student Guild via operations@ecuguild.org.au
