Appeals Process

Any appeal regarding the validity of an election outcome must be lodged with the Returning Officer within seven (7) days of the publication of the election results. Appeals must be submitted by 12:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 26 October 2026.

The official results are also available via the Western Australian Electoral Commission election portal.
