Guild Support: Current Wait Times

The ECU Student Guild Advisory team is currently experiencing a high demand for appointments, which means there may be longer wait times than usual for students seeking support.

You can access helpful information flyers and guides on the Guild website covering a range of common student concerns, including academic support, appeals, special consideration, complaints, and navigating university processes.

Visit ecuguild.org.au/advisory-service/

While you wait, you may also wish to explore the following support services:

  • ECU Student Support Services – Access counselling, wellbeing support, disability support, careers advice, and other student services through ECU.
  • ECU Library Services and ECU Learning Support
  • ECU Health Services – Access medical and health support available to students.
  • Lifeline Australia – 24/7 crisis support for anyone experiencing emotional distress or needing someone to talk to.
  • Beyond Blue – Mental health information, resources, and support.
  • 1800RESPECT – Support for people impacted by domestic, family, or sexual violence.
  • StudyPerth – Support and resources for international students living and studying in Western Australia.

We encourage students to review the available resources while waiting for an appointment and to keep checking daily for cancellations.

Thank you for your understanding as our team continues to support as many students as possible.
