ECU Student Guild Elections Are Coming!
The ECU Student Guild Elections are your opportunity to have a say in who represents students and helps shape Guild services, events, advocacy, and student life across ECU.
Whether this is your first election or you’ve voted before, now is the perfect time to get informed.
Start with the Election Broadsheet
One of the best ways to learn about this year’s candidates is by reading the Election Broadsheet.
The Broadsheet contains information provided by candidates standing for election, including their priorities, goals, and the reasons they’re seeking to represent ECU students. Taking a few minutes to read through the Broadsheet can help you understand who is running and decide which candidates best align with the issues that matter to you most.
You can access the Election Broadsheet, along with other election resources, on the ECU Student Guild Elections webpage.
What Happens During the Election Process?
The election process gives eligible students the opportunity to vote for the candidates they believe will best represent the interests of the ECU student community.
In the lead-up to voting, you’ll see candidate information, election updates, and reminders shared through Guild communication channels. You may also see candidates campaigning on campus and speaking with students about their platforms and priorities.
If you’re unsure who to vote for, reading the Broadsheet is a great place to start.
