Guild SGM August 3 2018

A Special General Meeting of the ECU Student Guild will take place at 10:00AM on Friday 3rd August.

The meeting will take place to consider the following:

Motion that the members of the ECU Student Guild approve the changes “in principle” to the ECU Student Guild Constitution as outlined in Appendix A, with authority for the President and General Secretary to negotiate with the University in amending elements of the changes as long as those amendments do not change the intent of the proposed changes, but are necessary for the proposal to be submitted for approval by the University Council.

All members are invited to attend and can do so at the following locations:

Joondalup – Building 1, Room 447 (Council Chambers)

Mount Lawley – Building 10, Room 306

South West – Student Common Room

If you cannot attend the meeting you can proxy your vote to another member by submitting the proxy form here: https://ecuguild.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/2018-SGM-Proxy-Form.pdf to g.warren@ecuguild.org.au before 10am Wedensday August 1.
Proxies must bring the form and Student ID on the day.

All attendees must show their ECU student card upon entry.
