Postal Voting for ECU Guild Senate 2025: Don’t Miss Out!

Voting for the 2025 ECU Student Guild Senate Elections is just around the corner! This year, in-person voting will take place across all three campuses from Monday 13 to Wednesday 15 October 2025. Make sure you mark your calendar — it’s your chance to have a say in who represents you at the Guild.

Can’t make it to campus? No worries — you can still participate via postal vote. Applications are open now but close 12:00pm, Tuesday 7 October 2025. (Completed ballot papers must be returned to the Returning Officer by 4:00pm, Wednesday 15 October 2025 to be counted).

Postal voting is especially important for online and ECU Sri Lanka students, who can only vote this way. Don’t miss your chance to influence decisions that affect your campus life and student experience!
