ECU Student Guild Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:

Joondalup Campus
Building 1, Room 447 (Council Chambers)
💻 Online attendance: Available via Microsoft Teams
Light refreshments will be provided for attendees.
👥 Who can attend
The AGM is open to all current ECU Student Guild Members. Members may attend either in person or online.
Students unable to attend in person may participate via Microsoft Teams. Online attendees will receive the Teams link within 24 hours prior to the meeting.
📝 Registration
In-person attendance: Registration is encouraged to assist with catering.
Online attendance: Registration is required
📌 Submitting business for the agenda
The deadline for submitting business to the agenda has now closed.
🗳️ Proxy voting
Members unable to attend may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxy forms must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM.
