Join 20Talk for a practical, evidence-based wellbeing session designed specifically for young adults. These 1-hour face-to-face sessions are ideal for students wanting an accessible introduction to mental wellbeing, with the option to explore the full course
online at your own pace.
Developed in consultation with 12 of Australia’s leading experts, this session is grounded in research and real-world application. You’ll learn about the key dimensions that influence your wellbeing, how to monitor them, and how to apply simple tools to support your mental health and day-to-day life.

Who is 20Talk?
20Talk is a Perth-based mental health charity supporting young adults aged 18-30 with the tools and skills to tackle life’s challenges. Founded by Leighton and Lockie, 20Talk empowers young people to take ownership of their mental health journey.
