Looking for some budget-friendly treasures while doing your bit for the planet? Join us for Thrift & Thrive 2, a free sustainability event where ECU students can browse a range of pre-loved clothing and household items, enjoy a free BBQ, and connect with fellow students.

Thanks to the success of our previous event and the generous donations we’ve received, we’re bringing Thrift & Thrive back for another round of free finds!

Here’s how it works:

✅ Check in at the registration desk and collect your food voucher
✅ Browse the thrift stalls and choose some free pre-loved items
✅ Head to checkout with your selections
✅ Redeem your voucher for a free BBQ lunch and drink

No donation is required to participate, but if you have clean, reusable items you’d like to pass on, you’re welcome to bring them along on the day. Donations are also welcomed at the Joondalup Guild office in the lead up to the event.

By giving pre-loved items a second life, you’re helping reduce waste, support fellow students, and build a more sustainable campus community.
